Event Support
Gold and Ultimate include attendants. For Silver and Build Your Own, attendants can be added for $25/hour each, and may be required based on attendance, equipment, venue, or safety needs.
KidZone attendants support the experience. They are not babysitters or childcare providers. Parents, guardians, schools, organizations, and event hosts remain responsible for supervising participating children.
From Vision to Experience

Book as early as you can. Each KidZone takes extra equipment and team planning.
Event within 72 hours? Full payment is due at booking, and short-notice KidZone requests depend on equipment and team availability. We review them before accepting.
Before You Reserve
Submitting a request doesn’t confirm your event. Your date is secured once your agreement, waiver, and deposit are complete.
Each package has a non-refundable deposit that’s applied toward your final balance.

Safe electrical access is required. A generator may be needed depending on your setup.
No transportation charge in New Castle County, DE. Outside the county, a travel fee based on distance is added.
Outdoor KidZone Experiences are subject to safe weather, surface, and venue conditions.

Extra attendants ($25/hour each) may be required depending on attendance, equipment, and layout.

Yes. Choose Build Your Own, or tell us about your event and we’ll recommend the best mix. Items in a Build Your Own KidZone are priced lower than renting them on their own.
Silver is $200, Gold is $300, and Ultimate is $400. Build Your Own is 30% of your event total, with a $200 minimum. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your balance.
