Event Support
Depending on your package, attendance, equipment, venue, and event requirements, KidZone attendants may be included or required.
KidZone attendants support operation of the experience. They are not babysitters or childcare providers. Parents, guardians, schools, organizations, and event hosts remain responsible for direct supervision of participating children.

Before You Reserve
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm your event or equipment.
KidZone uses package-specific non-refundable booking retainers that are applied toward the event balance.
KidZone balances are due no later than 7 days before the scheduled event.
Safe electrical access is required. Generator service may be necessary depending on the setup.
Events outside the standard local service area may require additional travel or transportation fees.
Outdoor KidZone Experiences are subject to safe weather, surface, and venue conditions.
Customers must provide accurate information about setup space, surface, electrical access, and venue requirements.
Additional attendants may be required depending on attendance, equipment, layout, and event needs.
KidZone Experiences are designed for up to five event hours. Additional time must be approved in advance.

Yes. Choose Build Your Own or tell us about your event and we can help recommend the best combination.
Silver requires $200, Gold requires $300, Ultimate requires $400, and Build Your Own requires 30% of the final event total with a $200 minimum. Retainers are non-refundable and applied toward the event balance.
Yes, when the venue provides adequate space, ceiling clearance, electrical access, equipment spacing, and venue approval.
Gold and Ultimate include attendants under the current package structure. Silver attendants may be added or required. Build Your Own staffing depends on the final setup.
The standard Silver, Gold, and Ultimate experiences are designed for up to five event hours.
No. Availability and event requirements must first be reviewed. Your event is confirmed once required agreements, waiver, retainer, and booking requirements have been completed.
