Important Rental Information
A few things to know before submitting your booking request.
💳 Securing Your Booking
Standard rental bookings require a $100 non-refundable booking deposit. The deposit is applied toward your total rental balance.
📅 Availability
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee the requested date or equipment. Availability must first be confirmed.
📝 Required Documents
Customers must complete the applicable Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver before the reservation is finalized.
💰 Remaining Balance
Standard rental balances are due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event, unless otherwise approved in writing.
🚚 Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup requirements vary by rental type. Inflatable and larger event-item service details are confirmed with your booking.
🌦️ Weather & Safety
Outdoor rentals are subject to safe weather and site conditions. Equipment must be operated according to all provided safety instructions.
