Fill out our booking form with your event date, location, the rental or KidZone you want, and your event details. We reply within 48 hours.

Your date is secured once availability is confirmed, your agreement and waiver are complete, and your non-refundable deposit is received.

Individual rentals require a $100 non-refundable deposit. KidZone deposits are:

• Silver: $200
• Gold: $300
• Ultimate: $400
• Build Your Own: 30% of the event total, with a $200 minimum

All deposits are applied toward your total balance.

Individual rentals: 48 hours before your event, unless otherwise approved in writing.

KidZone: 72 hours before your event.

If you book within 72 hours of your event, full payment is due at booking.

Every booking includes four hours of event use, unless another duration is agreed to in writing. Extra time is $100/hour for KidZone and starts at $50/hour for individual rentals.

KidZone is more than a bounce house. It’s a play area where kids move between activities throughout your event.

Depending on your package, it can include inflatables, giant games, field-day activities, bubbles, music, signage, and attendants.

Yes. Inflatables, photo props, event rentals, giant games, and extras can all be rented on their own.

Yes for KidZones and inflatables. Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included, with no transportation charge in New Castle County, DE.

Giant games are pickup and return. Delivery is available for a fee.

We serve Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.

There’s no transportation charge for KidZones and inflatables in New Castle County, DE. Events outside the county include a travel fee based on distance.

Safety comes first. Outdoor rentals and KidZones are subject to safe weather and site conditions.

Unsafe wind, lightning, storms, flooding, saturated ground, or other hazards may prevent or end equipment use.

Yes. Inflatables need continuous access to an adequate, approved electrical source. If power isn’t available, a generator may be required ($60 for individual rentals).

Yes, when the venue has enough floor space, ceiling clearance, safe spacing, electrical access, and approval. We’ll confirm what fits before you book.

Gold includes two attendants and Ultimate includes three. For Silver and Build Your Own, attendants can be added for $25/hour each and may be required for some events.

KidZone attendants are not babysitters or childcare providers.

Yes, you can request changes. Additions and substitutions are subject to availability and may change your total.
