Your reservation is not officially secured until availability is confirmed, required documents are completed, and the applicable non-refundable booking deposit or KidZone retainer is received.

Standard rentals require a $100 non-refundable booking deposit.

KidZone Experiences have separate package-based booking retainers:

• Silver: $200
• Gold: $300
• Ultimate: $400
• Build Your Own: 30% of the final total, with a $200 minimum

Deposits and retainers are applied toward the total event balance.

Standard rental balances are due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event, unless otherwise approved in writing.

KidZone balances are due no later than 7 days before the scheduled event.

KidZone is more than a bounce house. It is an interactive entertainment area where children rotate through multiple activities throughout the event.

Depending on the selected experience, KidZone may include inflatables, giant games, field-day activities, bubbles, music, activity stations, signage, and event attendants.

Yes. Individual inflatables, photo props, event rentals, giant games, and available extras can be rented separately.

Delivery and setup requirements depend on the rental type.

Large inflatables and certain event rentals require professional delivery and setup.

Giant-game listed pricing is based on customer pickup and return. One-way or round-trip service may be available for an additional fee.

Lillie’s Party Rentals serves Delaware and may service select events in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.

Travel, mileage, tolls, fuel, or transportation fees may apply based on location.

Safety comes first. Outdoor rentals and KidZone Experiences are subject to safe weather and site conditions.

Unsafe wind, lightning, storms, flooding, saturated ground, or other hazardous conditions may prevent or end equipment use.

Yes. Inflatable equipment requires continuous access to an adequate approved electrical source. Generator service may be required when proper power is unavailable.

Yes, when the venue provides enough floor space, ceiling clearance, safe equipment spacing, electrical access, and venue approval.

Staffing depends on the selected KidZone Experience and event requirements. Gold and Ultimate include attendants under the current package structure, while Silver and Build Your Own staffing depend on the event setup.

KidZone attendants are not babysitters or childcare providers.

Yes. Lillie’s Party Rentals carries business liability coverage. Certain venues or organizations may request additional documentation.
